2004/02/16 WorldForge Weekly News by: alriddoch

This is the WorldForge Weekly News for the week ending Friday the 13th February, based on what I have been working on, activity I have seen on irc, and commits to cvs.

Very little progress from me I'm afraid. February and March are just not a good time. I made some changes to the development Atlas-C++ API, which includes some significant performance improvements, and hopefully improved usability for the headers.

Star developer of the week has to go to Ron Steinke. In addition to loads of work done with Demitar and nowhere on getting the configure tests for SDL working using mingw32 cross compiler, he also did loads of work on uclient, including a stable release of wftk, and uclient 0.16.0.

munin made further progress on his tree models.

Not the busiest week we've had, but some great achievements.
