Joining Mason

Just use one of the communication channels mentioned below to express your interest in joining Mason. Sending an introduction mail to general@worldforge.org is also a good idea. We generally encourage new developers to find some task or area they'd like to work on instead of handing out tasks. But we can help you to find something that could be interesting to you if you tell us a bit about your interests and skills. We are also happy to answer if you have any questions about something.

Mason Communication channels

The rules@worldforge.org mailing list is used for Mason design related discussion. Subscribing to at least rules@, server@, client@, world@, and general@ is recommended if you want to work with Mason. The other lists are also useful. Subscription information can be found on the Mailing Lists page.
Mailing list archives are available at the WF News Server.
The #forge and sometimes #lounge and #mason IRC channels at irc.worldforge.org are used for meetings and discunssions. #stage is used for implementation discussions related to implementing Mason on the STAGE server.
Archives and bookmarks from the IRC channels are available at the WF IRC Archives.
