Key names for key bindings
The binding command can be used like "/bind key_name command" where key_name is one of the keys in the list below and command is the associated command for the key. To remove a key binding, leave command blank. The command is interepted as everything after the key name.
Most of these should be self explanitory, however the kp_ prefixed items the keys on the keypad.
